Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive client portfolios with assets exceeding $5M
- Execute luxury property transactions through strategic negotiations

Qualifications
- 7+ years luxury real estate brokerage experience
- Current NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual transaction volume
- Expertise in Manhattan's premium neighborhoods (Upper East/West, Tribeca)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Top Producer, Lone Wolf)
- International client acquisition and cross-border transaction experience
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or equivalent) preferred
