Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transactions for luxury properties valued at $1M+
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct market analysis and competitive pricing strategies for premium properties
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and property managers for seamless transactions
- Lead brokerage team training and mentorship programs
- Oversee property staging and marketing initiatives for luxury listings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate experience in Miami or comparable market
- Proven track record with $50M+ annual sales volume
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Portfolio of 3+ closed luxury transactions
