- Mentor 3-5 junior agents through structured training programs
- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across luxury platforms
- Negotiate contracts with 98% success rate for premium properties
Qualifications
- 8+ years in high-value NYC real estate transactions
- Proven track record with $50M+ cumulative sales volume
- NYC Real Estate License (required) and SFR designation preferred
- Expertise in commercial/residential hybrid markets
- Advanced CRM and data analytics proficiency (Salesforce, PropStream)
