Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury residential real estate sales
- Valid NY State Real Estate License
- Proven $50M+ annual sales volume track record
- Advanced CRM and digital marketing proficiency
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong network of affluent industry connections
- Professional designation (CRS, SRES, or equivalent)
