Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license
- Expertise in waterfront and luxury property markets
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., LionDesk, Top Producer)
- Strong network of high-net-worth client connections
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or Luxury Home Specialist)
