Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($5M+ portfolio)
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clientele and industry partners
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive pricing strategies
- Lead luxury property marketing campaigns across premium channels
- Oversee transaction documentation and compliance processes
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation techniques and client acquisition
- Develop innovative digital marketing strategies for premium properties
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury real estate experience with $50M+ transaction volume
- Active California Real Estate Broker license (BRE #)
- Proven track record in Beverly Hills/Hollywood Hills markets
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation preferred
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, LionDesk)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong network of luxury buyers/investors
- Professional photography/videography experience
