Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients and industry partners
- Conduct competitive market analysis and pricing strategy development
- Lead property showings and virtual tours for international clients
- Negotiate complex contracts with legal and financial stakeholders
- Mentor junior agents on transaction protocols and client acquisition
- Utilize proprietary data analytics to identify emerging investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate sales experience in Manhattan
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Active NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., LionDesk, Wise Agent)
- International client network with cross-border transaction experience
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or equivalent)
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
