Responsibilities
- Manage high-net-worth client portfolios across Manhattan's prime neighborhoods
- Execute luxury property transactions $2M+ with expert negotiation and contract management
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing our proprietary CRM and virtual staging tools
- Lead property tours and presentations to international clientele
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven pricing and investment advice
- Mentor junior brokers while maintaining personal sales targets
- Collaborate with legal/financial teams for seamless transaction closures
Qualifications
- NYC Real Estate Broker license (active) with 5+ years luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Fluency in English and proficiency with Real Estate Express/Centra systems
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan zoning laws and architectural history
- Strong network of HNW individuals and institutional investors
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings
