Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($2M+ average price point)
- Develop and execute strategic client acquisition plans for high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive property valuations
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and contractors to ensure seamless closings
- Leverage proprietary database to identify off-market investment opportunities
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Mentor junior brokers on negotiation tactics and client relationship management
- Generate quarterly business development reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in high-end residential real estate sales
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual transaction volume
- Active NY State Real Estate Broker license (Sponsorship available)
- Expertise in Manhattan luxury neighborhoods (Upper East/West, Tribeca, SoHo)
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools (e.g., Compstak, Reonomy)
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry professionals
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHM) designation preferred
