Responsibilities
- Manage $5M+ property portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Lead complex multi-million dollar negotiations with institutional investors
- Leverage proprietary CRM and predictive analytics for targeted prospecting
- Coordinate with architects, developers, and legal teams on exclusive listings
- Mentor junior brokers while maintaining personal transaction volume
- Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns for premium properties
- Conduct market trend analysis for luxury residential and commercial sectors
Qualifications
- NYC Real Estate Broker license (S.44/45 certified)
- 7+ years luxury sales experience with $50M+ transaction volume
- Proven track record in Manhattan premium markets (UES/UWS/Tribeca)
- Expertise in international client acquisition and cross-border transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Altos Research, Miller Samuel, and Compass platforms
- Strong network with developers, hedge funds, and family offices
- CFRP (Certified Financial Real Estate Professional) designation preferred
