Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive pricing strategies
- Coordinate with legal teams, inspectors, and transaction coordinators
- Leverage digital marketing platforms to showcase premium properties
- Mentor junior brokers on negotiation techniques and client acquisition
- Attend exclusive industry events and property showcases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate experience in NYC
- Proven track record with $5M+ transactions
- Valid NY State Real Estate License (S.44/45 required)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and luxury market trends
- Strong network of affluent clientele and industry connections
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Luxe, Top Producer)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
