Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive luxury property listings in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Develop and execute high-stakes sales strategies for commercial/residential properties
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, and developers
- Lead property valuation and market analysis using proprietary data tools
- Coordinate multi-party transactions including attorneys, lenders, and inspectors
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation tactics and client acquisition
- Drive digital marketing campaigns across premium real estate platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury real estate with $10M+ annual sales volume
- Active NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record in high-value residential/commercial transactions
- Expertise in NYC zoning laws and property valuation methodologies
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Lone Wolf preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
