Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct competitive market analysis and pricing strategies for premium properties
- Leverage our proprietary CRM system to track leads and performance metrics
- Coordinate with legal teams, architects, and interior designers for property presentations
- Host exclusive property showcases and networking events for affluent clientele
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation techniques and client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury real estate experience in Manhattan or comparable markets
- Proven track record with $50M+ cumulative sales volume
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license (Sponsorship available)
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in luxury property marketing and digital presentation tools
- Strong network of high-net-worth clients and industry connections
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
