Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($2M+ avg. value) from listing to closing
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for high-net-worth clients
- Mentor 3-5 junior agents through structured training programs
- Leverage proprietary CRM to maintain 200+ active client relationships
- Negotiate complex contracts and navigate regulatory compliance challenges
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and design partners for seamless transactions
Qualifications
- 7+ years proven experience in luxury real estate sales
- Current NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Documented $50M+ annual sales volume history
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., LionDesk, Wise Agent)
- Extensive network of high-net-worth and institutional clients
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or CCIM) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills and contract expertise
- Portfolio of 50+ closed luxury transactions
