Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from initial consultation to closing
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for premium residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and property valuations using proprietary data analytics tools
- Lead property tours, negotiations, and contract drafting with meticulous attention to detail
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Stay current with NYC real estate regulations and zoning laws
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in high-end real estate sales (Manhattan preferred)
- Valid New York State Real Estate Broker license
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with $10M+ transaction history
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Top Producer, LionDesk)
- Strong network of affluent clientele and industry connections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, Mandarin, or French highly valued)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CRS, SFR) preferred
