Responsibilities
- Lead $5M+ residential and commercial transactions with discretion and expertise
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients, celebrities, and investors
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic investment guidance
- Mentor junior brokers and drive team performance excellence
- Curate exclusive property viewings and luxury client experiences
- Negotiate complex contracts with legal precision and market insight
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers on premium projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury real estate experience with $10M+ transaction history
- Active California Real Estate Broker license (S# required)
- Proven track record in ultra-luxury market segments
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Bel-Air markets
- Professional network of affluent clients and industry partners
