Responsibilities
- Lead luxury property transactions $1M+ across Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles
- Cultivate relationships with international investors, celebrities, and UHNWI clients
- Develop data-driven pricing strategies using proprietary market analytics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, design, financing) for seamless closings
- Execute targeted digital campaigns through our CRM and social media channels
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation tactics and client relationship management
- Attend high-profile industry events and luxury trade shows globally
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in luxury real estate with $50M+ transaction volume
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license with SFR, CIPS, or ABR designations
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese or French highly valued
- Proven track record with international clientele and cross-border transactions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Top Producer, kvCORE)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented record of premium pricing
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury property marketing expertise
- Strong network of affluent contacts in South Florida and Latin America
