Responsibilities
- Manage and expand portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients with minimum $5M transaction capacity
- Lead complex luxury property transactions including penthouses, townhouses, and waterfront estates
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns utilizing our proprietary digital showcase platform
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence for premium properties
- Collaborate with international referral partners to facilitate cross-border transactions
- Mentor junior brokers on negotiation tactics and luxury service standards
- Leverage CRM system to maintain 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years proven luxury real estate sales with $50M+ transaction volume
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license (S-41)
- Exceptional knowledge of Manhattan luxury market trends and zoning regulations
- Track record of closing 20+ transactions annually in $3M+ price range
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools (e.g., Real Capital Analytics)
- Professional network with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and developers
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation preferred
- Fluency in English with additional languages highly desirable
