Responsibilities
- Manage and close high-value residential and commercial real estate transactions ($1M+ average)
- Develop strategic marketing plans for exclusive property listings
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors

- Conduct market analysis and competitive property valuations

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales
- Valid New York State Real Estate Broker license
- Track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
