Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Lead property tours, conduct market analysis, and prepare competitive pricing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and design professionals to ensure seamless transactions
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team performance optimization

Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in high-end residential real estate sales
- Valid New York State Real Estate License (S-61)

- Track record of closing transactions exceeding $5M annually
