- Manage high-value residential transactions ($1M+ listings)

- Mentor junior brokers on negotiation strategies
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns for premium properties
- Analyze market trends to inform client investment decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in NYC luxury real estate
- Proven track record with $10M+ transaction volume
- NY State Real Estate License (required)
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHM) preferred
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, TopProducer)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
