Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($2M+ average sale price)
- Develop and nurture relationships with HNW clients and institutional investors
- Lead property valuation, marketing strategy, and negotiation processes
- Mentor junior brokers and drive team performance metrics
- Leverage proprietary digital platforms for virtual tours and global outreach
- Analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities in prime NYC neighborhoods
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-end residential/commercial real estate sales
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual transaction volume
- NYC Real Estate Sales License (Sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., LionDesk, Top Producer)
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury property marketing expertise
- Strong network of UHNW individuals and family offices
