Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions valued at $1M+
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth international clients
- Lead property marketing campaigns utilizing virtual tours and drone photography
- Conduct competitive market analysis and strategic pricing for premium listings
- Coordinate with attorneys, architects, and interior designers for complex deals
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate sales
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license (active)
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages valued)
- Expertise in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles markets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Luxe, Top Producer)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
