Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($2M+ average price point)
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and international investors
- Conduct competitive market analysis and strategic pricing strategies

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in high-end residential real estate sales
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual transaction volume
- NYC Real Estate Salesperson license (Sponsorship available)

- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
