Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions including marketing, negotiations, and closing coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized service and market expertise
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market analysis for premium estates and estates
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for property staging and renovation consultations
- Leverage proprietary CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate client reports
- Represent clients in exclusive property viewings and high-stakes negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create bespoke property listings and digital campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate with proven $10M+ transaction volume
- Current California Real Estate Broker license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented success in high-value transactions
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Holmby Hills property markets
- Proficiency with luxury real estate platforms (Compass, Sotheby's, Christie's International)
- Strong network of affluent buyers and international investors
- Track record of achieving top 10% sales performance in previous brokerage
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
