- Analyze market trends to advise on luxury property investments
- Coordinate international property viewings and logistics
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in high-end residential real estate
- Current California Real Estate Broker license (DRE #)
- Proven track record with $50M+ transaction volume
- Advanced knowledge of Beverly Hills/Hollywood Hills markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Luxe, Lone Wolf)
- International client portfolio management experience
- Professional network of 100+ luxury industry contacts
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (preferred)
