Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive luxury property listings ($2M+) in prime Manhattan neighborhoods
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and international investors
- Lead complex transaction negotiations with precision and market expertise
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including attorneys, architects, and contractors
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic investment guidance
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for premium properties
- Maintain CRM database with detailed client preferences and transaction history
- Represent Luxury Estates Group at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury real estate sales experience in Manhattan
- Proven track record with $50M+ cumulative sales volume
- Current NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Exceptional negotiation skills and market analytics expertise
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry connections
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
