Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive luxury property listings ($2M+) across Manhattan's prime neighborhoods
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized concierge service
- Execute digital marketing strategies using virtual tours, drone photography, and social media
- Lead complex negotiations with international investors and corporate clients
- Mentor 3-5 junior agents through structured training programs
- Analyze market trends using proprietary data analytics tools
- Collaborate with legal/financial teams for seamless transaction closing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-end residential sales experience in NYC
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- NY State Real Estate Broker license (S-41)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., LionDesk, Follow Up Boss)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury property marketing success
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning laws and co-op board procedures
