Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions for high-net-worth clients
- Develop strategic marketing plans for premium properties ($2M+)
- Build and maintain relationships with affluent buyers, sellers, and investors
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in exclusive neighborhoods
- Lead negotiations for complex multi-million dollar deals
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and legal professionals
- Mentor junior brokers through our formal training program
Qualifications
- 7+ years of luxury real estate experience in premium markets
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- Valid California Real Estate Broker license
- Expertise in Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel Air markets
- Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Strong network of affluent client connections
- Professional designation (CRS, SRES, or CIPS preferred)
