Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions including valuation, marketing, negotiations, and closing
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing virtual tours, drone photography, and targeted digital campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape using proprietary data platforms
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team growth strategies
- Coordinate with attorneys, architects, and property managers for seamless transactions
- Attend exclusive industry events and networking functions to expand client base
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven luxury real estate sales experience in NYC metro area
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license (S-41)
- Track record closing $5M+ transactions
- Exceptional negotiation skills and market acumen
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry professionals
- Professional designations (CRS, CIPS, or CCIM) preferred
- Fluency in English and additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, French) highly valued
