Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct comparative market analyses and strategic pricing for premium properties
- Coordinate with attorneys, architects, and interior designers on complex deals
- Lead luxury property tours and conduct exclusive client consultations
- Implement targeted digital marketing campaigns for premier listings
- Maintain accurate transaction records in proprietary CRM system
Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate Broker license
- Minimum 7 years luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven $10M+ annual transaction volume record
- Expertise in Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel Air markets
- Fluency in English and additional language preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Propertybase and Matterport technology
- Exceptional negotiation skills with international clientele
- Professional appearance and discreet client management style
