Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive client portfolios with net worth exceeding $10M
- Execute luxury property transactions in prime Manhattan neighborhoods
- Develop strategic marketing plans for premium listings ($3M+)
- Lead international buyer outreach and cross-border transactions
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Utilize proprietary CRM and AI-powered market analytics tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years luxury real estate experience in NYC
- Proven track record with $10M+ transaction history
- Designations: CIPS, CRS, or Luxury Home Specialist
- Exceptional negotiation skills for high-stakes deals
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan luxury markets and regulations
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Strong network of HNW individuals and industry professionals
