Responsibilities
- Manage high-value property transactions ($5M+) for affluent clientele
- Develop strategic marketing plans utilizing virtual tours, drone photography, and targeted digital campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and institutional partners
- Lead negotiations for complex commercial and residential deals
- Mentor junior agents and drive team performance metrics
- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in luxury real estate sales (Manhattan preferred)
- Proven track record with $10M+ transaction volume
- Valid NY State Real Estate License
- Exceptional negotiation and client management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Top Producer)
- Strong network of high-net-worth and industry contacts
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field
