Responsibilities
- Manage full transaction lifecycle for luxury residential/commercial properties
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct comparative market analyses and property valuations
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and design professionals
- Lead property tours and negotiations
- Maintain CRM with detailed client profiles and preferences
- Host exclusive client events and property showcases
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury real estate experience in Southern California
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Active CA Real Estate Broker license
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills/Holmby Hills/Rodeo Drive markets
- Fluent in English (Spanish/Mandarin preferred)
- Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g., Luxe, Top Producer)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, SRES) preferred
