Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions for high-net-worth clients in Manhattan's prime districts
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies utilizing virtual staging, drone photography, and blockchain-certified listings
- Cultivate relationships with international buyers through our global referral network
- Analyze market trends using proprietary data analytics tools to identify investment opportunities
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation techniques and client acquisition strategies
- Coordinate with legal, architectural, and financial partners for seamless transaction management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury real estate brokerage experience in Manhattan
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual transaction volume
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (LHMS) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Fluency in English with additional language skills highly valued (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented closed deals in $5M+ properties
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan zoning laws and architectural heritage regulations
