Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive luxury property listings worth $5M+
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Lead complex multi-million dollar residential/commercial transactions
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns for premium properties
- Mentor junior brokers on negotiation techniques and market trends
- Analyze market data to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Coordinate with attorneys, architects, and financial institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of luxury real estate brokerage experience
- Proven track record with $50M+ in annual sales volume
- Valid NY State Real Estate License (S.45)
- Exceptional knowledge of Manhattan luxury neighborhoods
- Strong network of HNW and celebrity clientele
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or CCIM preferred)
