Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($2M+ average sale price)
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and property valuations using proprietary data tools
- Lead negotiation strategies for commercial and residential properties
- Mentor junior brokers and drive team performance metrics
- Curate exclusive property portfolios for international investors
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in NYC luxury real estate transactions
- Proven track record with $50M+ cumulative sales volume
- Valid NY State Real Estate Broker license
- Advanced knowledge of Manhattan/Williamsburg/Brooklyn markets
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Certification in luxury property marketing (e.g., CIPS)
