Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions for luxury properties valued $1M+
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct competitive market analysis and property valuation strategies
- Coordinate with legal teams, escrow officers, and transaction coordinators
- Oversee property staging, photography, and luxury marketing campaigns
- Attend international real estate conferences and exclusive networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate transactions
- Active California Real Estate Broker license (S# required)
- Proven track record with $10M+ cumulative sales volume
- Expert knowledge of LA luxury markets (Beverly Hills, Malibu, Bel Air)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish/Mandarin preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills and client retention record
- Strong digital marketing proficiency (CRM, social media, virtual tours)
