Responsibilities
- Manage and expand high-net-worth client portfolios in Manhattan luxury real estate
- Lead exclusive property viewings and negotiate multi-million dollar transactions
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for premium residential and commercial properties
- Leverage proprietary data analytics to identify emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior brokers while maintaining personal sales performance targets
- Collaborate with international partners to facilitate cross-border investments
- Represent Luxury Estates International at high-profile industry events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of luxury real estate sales experience in Manhattan
- Proven track record closing $5M+ transactions annually
- Current New York State Real Estate Broker license
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation preferred
- Extensive network of HNW clients and industry connections
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and market analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation skills and multilingual capabilities (Spanish/French a plus)
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury property marketing expertise
