Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive client portfolios with net-worth exceeding $5M across Manhattan's luxury districts
- Execute $10M+ residential and commercial transactions utilizing our proprietary CRM system
- Analyze market trends using proprietary AI-powered valuation tools to position properties competitively
- Develop strategic partnerships with architects, developers, and interior designers for exclusive listings
- Mentor junior brokers through our structured training program
- Lead international client acquisition through our global referral network
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-value real estate transactions with proven $50M+ portfolio
- NYC Real Estate license with SREC designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and market analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented 95% closing rate
- International client acquisition experience and multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Mandarin)
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury property expertise (condos, penthouses, townhouses)
