Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive client portfolios with net worth exceeding $10M
- Execute luxury property transactions ranging from $2M to $50M+
- Develop strategic marketing plans for premium properties
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and legal teams
- Maintain CMLS/MLS compliance and documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Lead agent training programs for junior brokers
Qualifications
- 7+ years luxury real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual sales volume
- California Real Estate Broker license (active)
- Strong network of high-net-worth clients
- Expertise in Beverly Hills/Hollywood Hills markets
- Advanced negotiation skills for complex transactions
- Proficiency in CRM software (Top Producer, Real Geeks)
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or CCIM preferred)
