Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct market analysis and competitive pricing strategies for premium properties
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and contractors to ensure seamless transactions
- Lead property showings, negotiations, and contract execution
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Leverage digital marketing tools to maximize property visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven luxury real estate sales experience in South Florida
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Track record of $5M+ annual transaction volume
- Exceptional negotiation skills and client relationship management
- Deep knowledge of Miami Beach luxury market trends and regulations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- Strong network of industry connections including developers and investors
- Professional designation (CRS, CIPS, or similar) preferred
