Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Cultivate and maintain a robust portfolio of high-net-worth clients through strategic networking and exceptional service.
- Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment advice.
- Transaction Management: Guide clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process, from negotiation to closing.
- Property Marketing: Oversee the listing process, including professional photography, staging, and virtual tours to maximize property visibility.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through social media, open houses, and industry events.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with agents, brokers, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Qualifications
- License: Valid New York State Real Estate License (Broker's license preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales in NYC.
- Network: Established network of buyers, sellers, and industry contacts.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) and digital marketing tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on high-end client relations.
