Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client consultation and property showings to contract negotiation and closing.

Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license.
