Apex Horizon Real Estate Group is seeking a visionary Senior Real Estate Asset Manager to lead our high-growth portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be responsible for maximizing property value, optimizing operational performance, and driving strategic growth across our commercial holdings. As a key member of our investment team, you will bridge the gap between development, leasing, and property management, ensuring our assets remain competitive in a dynamic market.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic management and performance of a diverse real estate portfolio valued at over $500 million.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risk.
- Develop and execute acquisition, dispositions, and repositioning strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with third-party property managers and vendors to ensure top-tier asset maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed investment memos and annual operating reports to senior stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or property management.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and market analysis tools (e.g., Argus, Excel).
- Proven track record of successful asset repositioning and value creation.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar credentials are highly desirable.
