Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate assets, including acquisition, development, and disposition strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage complex budgets, financial reporting, and capital expenditure (CapEx) requests to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with property management teams to optimize tenant relations and lease renewals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance property value and asset performance.
- Prepare and present investment memoranda to investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, preferably in a major metropolitan area.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and real estate software (e.g., Yardi, ARGUS, Breeze).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar real estate portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Real Estate License in the State of New York is preferred.
