Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of local and national real estate markets to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models and valuation reports to assess property feasibility and ROI for potential acquisitions.
- Client Advisory: Present market insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
- Asset Management: Monitor portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to optimize asset value and operational efficiency.
- Due Diligence: Oversee the preparation of investment memos and due diligence packages for complex transactions.
- Competitive Analysis: Track competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or property management.
- Licensure: Valid New York State Real Estate License is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (VBA/Advanced functions), Argus, or similar real estate software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
