Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities in the Bay Area.
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate acquisition feasibility, underwriting, and asset management.
- Prepare high-level presentations for investment committees and stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide variance analysis to optimize returns.
- Assist in the due diligence process for new acquisitions and dispositions.
- Stay abreast of local regulatory changes and economic trends affecting the SF real estate market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proficiency in financial modeling (Argus, Excel) and data analysis (Python, SQL).
- Strong understanding of CRE (Commercial Real Estate) markets and underwriting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CCIM) are a significant plus.
