Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial or residential real estate analysis experience
- Proven expertise in financial modeling (DCF, cap rates, IRR calculations)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Argus, and real estate analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of Austin market dynamics and Texas real estate regulations
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
