Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and property valuations using proprietary data platforms
- Develop investment strategies for high-net-worth clients in waterfront properties
- Lead due diligence processes for luxury transactions valued at $5M+
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex contract negotiations and international acquisitions
- Create comprehensive market reports for internal stakeholders and high-profile clients
- Mentor junior analysts on luxury market positioning and client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury real estate with transaction volume exceeding $50M
- Proven expertise in waterfront property valuation and market analysis
- Professional designation (SRES, CIPS, or CCIM) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics platforms (e.g., CoreLogic, ATTOM)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with international clientele experience
- Master's degree in Real Estate Finance or Business Analytics
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required
